    John did a fantastic job yesterday, and in the process, discovered a leaky pipe under our deck, and immediately was able to repair it!
    This was the culprit of a loss in water pressure in the system.
    He also quickly and easily addressed several problems with my irrigation system, replacing some heads, redirecting and adjusting others, as well as adding more flex pipe in a few areas. His second in command, Anwar, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this company!

    Just wanted to take the time to give a well deserved 5 star review. From the time you make the phone call to request a free estimate to the last adjustment on the sprinkler head, was nothing less than professional. First of all there was someone who actually answers the phone and who had the knowledge of what I was requesting. The scheduling and state of the art technology for invoicing and communication with Christine was top notch. When Corey came out to estimate the job, he verbally provided the work scope so I would understand in detail what I was getting for my money. From there, I agreed to a price and set a date to start. When the date came so did the crew, along with constant communication prior to that, (who does that). The job went as planned and was completed the day they said it would be. The installation of my new sprinkler system was such a pleasure to have done and not a nightmare that I thought I would have had with this kind of work. All I can say in addition is they have pride in what they do, and it shows. Kudos to you Corey and your staff to have a company run like a well oiled machine.     Found a leak in our front yard near the meter. Called a “plumber” who confirmed it was an irrigation pipe that was leaking. The “plumber” could not locate the shut off valve for the irrigation system and offered an insane solution (new service line). Thank God I called CMA. Cory came out first thing the next morning (we had to shut off the water to the house overnight) and had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes. The “plumber” simply didn’t dig deep enough to find the shut off valve. Cory was super personable and was able to share additional information about our irrigation system and possible future updates/upgrades. They will be our go-to for any outdoor needs for our home. Thanks for the great service and saving us from the “plumber”!

    Designed and installed a 7 zone lawn irrigation system with a Hydrawise wi-fi controller. Installed 2 – 12″x12″ drains in an area prone to collecting and holding rain water.
    Look no further and give CMA a call. You will actually get to talk to someone. I called 6 different landscape and lawn irrigation companies. No answer and never a return call.
    It was refreshing to call CMA and actually get to speak to a real person. That person was Megan. Megan listened as I described the scope of work I was needing. She advised that CMA could take care of my project and within 15 minutes I was given a date and time that Corey and Randy would be at my home to provide an evaluation.
    Corey arrived and we discussed my project. Corey quickly evaluated my projected calling out the design and materials needed for the project to Randy, which was drafting the proposal on his phone( took about 30 minutes).
    At the end of the evaluation and design, Randy sent me an email with the complete proposal. Scope of work, materials needed, and cost. Efficiency and professionalism at it’s best.
    I signed the proposal later that day and sent. Within an hour, I had confirmation of the dates for the work and placed a deposit with Megan.
    Corey, Randy, and Jesse showed up on time ready to work. As expected they worked fast and efficient. No breaks, just hard work. Corey is very knowledgeable about irrigation systems. Highly experienced and performs task efficiently and professionally.
    The system is complete and works great. The Hydrawise Controller is fantastic. It allows me to control the system remotely or manually at the control panel.
    I could not be happier with the service and installation that CMA provided. No more dragging garden hoses around the lawn. Love it!!

    Cory is a true Irrigation Expert. I have a 9 station system with both county and lake water access. I have had numerous companies try to diagnose my problems but none did. Cory arrived on time and within 15 -20 min diagnosed all of my problems and proceeded to fix them. The system ran perfectly. On another visit I was having pump problems. He could have told me he had to rebuild it but he found what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. He is knowledgeable, friendly, explains everything and is very professional. He now works with his son, John. They are an incredible team!!!

I did not know there were so many options on irrigation of the various plant material. As a master gardener I have a diverse landscape with specific needs.     I am extremely pleased to have an opportunity to give this company a review. They came and redid work previously done by a company that failed and they did it right. Originally planned for a day, we discovered more issues left by the previous company and got it all fixed and properly installed for drainage on our front and side yard. I’m addition to consolidating drains, fixing irrigation and in general getting our yard in order. Cory and John worked with dedications and commitment to ensuring things were done right. Cleanup was top notch and they left things in the shape I had hoped for. Communication was great, they explained things in detail and made sure I understood what they were doing at multiple stages so I could be confident. It’s really a blessing to come across a reliable company who takes pride in their work and really focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction for a fair price.     The team did an outstanding job digging out a 4’ wide X 4’ long, 3 1/2’ deep area in my crawl space and installed a sump pump. They also added rock to makes sure only water (not mud) would drain to the sump pump basin. They buried the pipe so the water can be sent to the corner of the yard. The dirt was dispersed to areas of the yard, the excess gravel was picked up, and the area was clear of all debris. Thanks for doing a thorough and professional job!
